1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of gm108 is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. gm108 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending investigation.
• Residency: gm108 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. You represent that your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability, individuals subject to court-ordered restrictions on financial contracts, or persons acting as agents for an undisclosed third party are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through gm108's own responsible gaming tools or imposed by a third-party program to which gm108 subscribes.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain no more than one active gm108 account. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or household used to access the platform.

gm108 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending further review.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on gm108, you must complete the registration process via the gm108 Login page. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gm108 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify gm108 immediately at support@gm108.pro if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. gm108 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

gm108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering purposes;
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose gm108 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The player has created duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.

On closure for cause, gm108 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

gm108 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal and may be re-requested at any time thereafter.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification, such as a KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — Indonesian national identity card), passport, or SIM (driver's license).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months and displaying your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used to make deposits, confirming that the method belongs to the registered account holder.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

gm108 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. During peak periods, verification may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Standard bank transfer deposits are credited to the player's account within 1–5 minutes of payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. gm108 does not impose a platform-level maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits made to gm108 are funded from sources legally belonging to you. Deposits funded through third-party accounts, credit obtained through illegal means, or funds derived from criminal activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5.4 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on gm108 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). gm108 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player's bank or payment provider, and any resulting conversion costs are borne by the player.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

A player may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance provided that: (a) their account has been fully KYC-verified; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been satisfied; and (c) the account is in good standing with no active investigation or suspension.

6.2 Processing Times

For fully verified accounts, gm108 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for bank transfers and under 60 seconds for e-wallet withdrawals. 6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the platform's payment section and are subject to change. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. High-value withdrawals (above Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction) may be subject to enhanced review and processed in tranches at gm108's discretion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by gm108 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes — are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period results in the automatic expiration and forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Only wagers placed on eligible game categories (as specified per promotion) contribute to wagering requirements. In general:

• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%.
• Sports betting markets typically contribute 100% on selections with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Certain high-RTP games or excluded game categories may contribute 0%.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

gm108 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account wagering, and exploitation of promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided and their account restricted or closed.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly permitted under specific promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All random-number-generator (RNG) based games offered on gm108 use certified RNG engines supplied by the game's provider. Live dealer games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live under their respective certifications. gm108 does not modify game outcomes and is not responsible for the internal RNG mechanics of third-party game providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical averages over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session returns.

8.2 Sportsbook

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. gm108 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced (where the outcome was already known) or placed at odds that resulted from a manifest pricing error. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner; a void selection reduces the bet to the remaining legs. 8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game disconnection, server error, or platform malfunction during active gameplay, gm108's server-side records constitute the authoritative record of the game state at the moment of interruption. gm108 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore interrupted game sessions. Where restoration is not possible, the wager may be refunded at gm108's discretion. gm108 does not guarantee continuity of service and is not liable for losses attributable to technical interruptions outside of its direct control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gm108 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where legally required, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under your own identity or under a false identity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of contact with gm108.
• Money Laundering: Using gm108 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origins of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers or interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Arbitrage and Exploit Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or other platform mechanics in a manner designed to extract guaranteed profit rather than engage in genuine speculative wagering.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been wagered on the platform.
• Minors Access: Allowing or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age to a gm108 account, whether your own or another player's.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gm108's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any single event giving rise to a claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their gm108 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gm108 expressly excludes liability for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events;
• Any loss arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms, including the security obligations in Section 3.2;
• Losses attributable to third-party payment provider errors, delays, or failures;
• Decisions made by the player in reliance on information published on the platform that was accurate at the time of publication but has since changed.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gm108's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death and personal injury caused by its own negligence.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

gm108 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on gm108, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by gm108 is used exclusively for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. gm108 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

gm108 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — gm108 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via in-platform notification and/or email to the registered address associated with each active account.

Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your real-money balance before the amendment's effective date.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or statutory — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law.

In the event of a dispute between gm108 and a player, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: The player must first contact gm108's support team at support@gm108.pro and allow up to 14 business days for gm108 to respond with a proposed resolution.
2. Escalation: If the matter is not resolved informally within 14 business days, either party may request escalation to gm108's designated compliance officer, who will issue a written final determination within 28 days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the final determination is unsatisfactory to the player, the dispute may be submitted to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent irreparable harm.
